The Energy Studio has been guiding women through breathwork, meditation, and movement for years, offering spaces where they can reconnect with themselves. Now, we’re taking that work to Bali. This retreat is about giving yourself space: to rest, to breathe, and to let go of the weight you carry.

About Your Host
I’m Cassandra Varga, founder of The Menopause Collective, menopause yoga teacher, functional nutritionist, and breath work facilitator. It's my mission to guide women through this stage of life, not just with information, but with real, embodied practices that help shift the menopause experience from something to endure to something that can be deeply nourishing.
This retreat brings together everything I know and love, movement, breath, deep rest, nature, beautiful food and community, to give you an experience that feels like a homecoming, like nothing else matters and like this is exactly where you are meant to be.
