Online Class: Menopause Monthlies are bite-sized, 15-20 minute lunchtime online sessions offering simple, powerful insights to support your menopause experience.

Menopause Yoga

In Person Class: Each class is designed to support you through symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, and disrupted sleep—offering movement, breath, and deep rest that meet you where you are.

Non Sleep Deep Rest

In Person Class: Let yourself completely unwind as Cassi guides you through a transformative practice that brings your brain and body into deep relaxation while you remain fully aware.
