Menopause isn’t something to push through, it’s a time to reconnect, recalibrate, and reclaim yourself.

This retreat is designed to give you space to exhale, rest deeply, and access a place of inner calm that

feels like home.
 

Mornings begin with Menopause Yoga, grounding you in your body and breath. Days unfold with a blend of breathwork, meditation, somatic experiencing, strength practices and deep conversations about the menopause experience, practical wisdom you can take into daily life. Evenings are for unwinding with NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), allowing you to surrender into stillness before a restorative night’s sleep.

The Location

A property that feels like a retreat. Just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Hide & Seek Retreat sits right on the banks of the Goulburn River, surrounded by nature. It’s peaceful, private, and designed for deep rest. Whether you’re sitting by the water with a cup of tea, participating in the sessions on offer or soaking in the quiet of your room, this space invites you to slow down, learn, recconect with yourself from a space of non-judgement and just be.
Set between rolling vineyards and the peaceful banks of the Goulburn River, this luxury riverside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature and understated elegance.
The architect designed villa features beautifully crafted interiors, spacious bedrooms with private ensuites, and sweeping views across the water and vines. Multiple lounge spaces, a games room and a stunning stone fireplace create space to gather, unwind and fully exhale.
Outside, the property opens into a private sanctuary with a riverside beach, kayaks, sun lounges, daybeds and expansive outdoor spaces designed for rest and connection. Guests can enjoy a floating fireplace, stone firepit, outdoor kitchen, woodfired pizza oven, tennis courts, trampolines and more, all surrounded by the quiet beauty of the region.

About Your Host

I’m Cassandra Varga, founder of The Menopause Collective, menopause yoga teacher, functional nutritionist, yoga nidra, meditation, breath work & somatic experience facilitator. It's my mission to guide women through this stage of life, not just with information, but with real, embodied practices that help shift the menopause experience from something to endure to something that can be deeply nourishing.

This retreat brings together everything I know and love, movement, meditation, breath, deep rest, nature, beautiful food and community, to give you an experience that feels like a homecoming, like nothing else matters and like this is exactly where you are meant to be.
