Cassandra Varga, founder of The Menopause Collective, has created a safe, empowering space for women to navigate menopause with confidence and grace. With personal insight into the physical and emotional challenges this stage of life can bring, Cassandra is passionate about helping women feel supported, informed, and in control.

A qualified functional nutritionist, Kundalini & Menopause yoga teacher, meditation guide, and yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest) teacher & Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Cassandra blends these disciplines into her signature Menopause with Grace program. Her holistic approach doesn’t just address symptoms, it nurtures resilience, emotional well-being, and self-awareness, empowering women to transform this phase of life into one of renewal and growth.

 

At The Menopause Collective, Cassandra’s practical tools, heartfelt wisdom, and evidence-based strategies help women embrace menopause as an invitation to reconnect with their authentic selves.
