Just 30 minutes can feel like four hours of rest, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance focus, and support emotional balance. This practice soothes the nervous system, promotes deep healing, and restores energy from within. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the practice do the rest, no movement, no effort, just pure, nourishing rest. Held at Prana House, these sessions offer a peaceful space to slow down and give your mind and body the deep restoration they need.
